MZ-1 250-frame magazine?

I've picked up a job lot of gear that includes a Nikon bulk film magazine, which I think is the MZ-1 250-frame magazine.



Since I have no need for it I'll be listing it on eBay, but I'm having a bit of trouble confirming which cameras it fits - I have a very vague memory that it's the right one for the Nikon F, F2, and F3, but I've only been able to confirm this for F2.

Can anyone confirm this for the F and F3? Designation of the backs it fits would be useful too - I've got this as fitting the MF-1 on the F2, but no info on the F or F3.

According to this website, MZ-1 seems to be compatible both with MF-1 for F2 and MF-4 for F3 (click thumbnails for the details and pictures of MZ-1):
