As always, these are excellent presentations of interesting architectures in the Netherlands.  The first one looks stunning.  Thank you for sharing!

Can only agree with the others, interesting architecture, and well photographed.

Interesting to see what calls your attention. Color, shapes and textures mixed together for very good effect, personal tour or your hometown. Are you personally connected with any of those places or it was just a visual hunt?

Thanks a lot for sharing your work!

Thanks all, much appreciated!

It's a small miracle these turned out right. Since January I have new spectacles with self-colouring glasses. Comfortable but almost impossible to use with a camera EVF or rear LCD.
I forgot to bring my normal spectacles so composition with the dark view was very difficult.

Paco, what an exact description of my attention. Indeed colours, shapes and textures that's the focus of my photographic interest especially when shooting architecture.
No personal connection on this series, just wandering around looking for places of interest.

A note on the first image. The red tiles on the building applied during the build were made from heavy ceramic material. It turned out these were too heavy so they started falling off the structure. All tiles had to be replaced with lighter plastic ones. Very costly and someone is bound to have been blamed for that!

Very interesting! I agree that the bright colors makes these stand out along with the geometric shapes, architecture in this case, however.... I'm pretty sure these would actually also work just as well or even better converted to black and white  8)

Very nice set of urban images! Thanks for sharing ;)

Thanks a lot Viv, Erik, John and Jakov. I've grown rather fond of the 28mm focal length and the old X100 does well with the converter.

Erik, I took your comment as an invitation to convert one to black and white. I hope you like it ;)
