Thanks John and Fons. February thread is already close, with three very colorful compositions.
How is that Z7 working? You sold the 850! :o
If you are used to the ergonomics and use of the Z6 the D850 feels like a step back. When I tested the Z7 I liked what I experienced.

It is also much more convenient to work with more lenses than just the F-mount, and the Z6 and Z7 are complementary in my view.

Makes sense. I use the many options of the Z6 in daily basis. I have borrowed the d850 a couple of times and was impressed, even if I don't need those files. Z7 should  be very attractive.

Nice, what a simple setup may achieve.

Fons' shot gives me hope...our trip crossing the Hardangervidda plateau back from our winter holiday wasn't of the easy kind. Convoy with ca 15 cars of which several managed to crash into each other. Then a senior driver got stuck and was in no way up to the task of following the car in front, resulting in loosing the sight of it's rear lights, snow packed up around every car and the whole convoy got to a halt. A monstrous snow blower had to be sent in and the 40km stretch took us 6 hrs...

Wow, that is serious...

A wonderful start of the March thread! So many differences in subject choice and not to forget... weather!

Weather indeed is unpredictable here up in the North. However, the seasons do march on and the days become markedly longer. Buds respond and break, if the ambient temperature isn't too harsh.

Leafing Silver Birch Betula pendula. Repro-Nikkor 85mm f/1 @f/1 on my Z50. This is a situation for which I would have enjoyed some in-camera VR, a feature which alas the little Z50 lacks.

Did you perchance forget to attach the image, Nasos?

I thing it’s OK now, I couldn’t succeed to resize with LR and the server abort it several times
Thank you Birna

The image of the young girls does show now. Nice scene at the beach, but still a bit cold to jump into the water?

The storms of Saturday collapsed a part of the wall near the roof of a high office building. A woman on a bicycle was able to escape towards the parking just before the stones came down.

Her bicycle as a silent witness....

Delightful image Nasos. Is this in the Gulf of Corinth by any chance?
