Thank you all for the nice comments.
You nailed the pan Bent.
Beautiful cat. That green piece makes it all the more interesting for me  :)

Today I took the d500 and 10.5mm 2.8 and this happend

the speed of the D500 plus the perfect ergonomics deliver well with fishy lenses. another wonderful proof

I don't believe the AF 70-210  f/4  is the same optical design as the Series E 70-210 f/4. The manual lens is much better, also in the macro field.

Z 6   70-210/4  Series E  (A joy to work with on the Z 6)

Lovely!

The Danish Airforce celebrated the 40 years of the F16, by flying across the country.
D500 and 200-500mm @500mm

That combo of d500 and lens rocks>

Lovely!
Thanks Fons.

Relatively small 70-210 lens.  Works nice with the Z 6   the other Series E zoom as well, the f/3.5  75-150.

Sitting here in my favourite café enjoying a double cappuccino, a large waffle of heavenly taste, and my newly arrived - and - petite - Voigtländer SC Skopar 25mm f/4 for Nikkor-S(RF) mount on the little Z50. This might pan out as a perfect day. Z50 has indirect GPS support, through Snapbridge, and the setup actually works!! I've turned off everything inside Snapbridge except for GPS sync, thus the app doesn't eat all my batteries at once ....

are you sure gluten and dairy will help with your health situation?

I healed my conditions with food change and training, a cousin of mine got off his psycho meds after decades by just a change of diet and Terry Wahls even made it out of the wheel chair and got rid of her Multiple Sclerosis ....

Thorough reading of current research papers shows that these personal experiences have a foundation in Hard Science.

So: Enjoy your waffels but be aware that your medication might be a a result of your diet!

All the best and good health

Frank

A waffle a day (and an apple) keeps the doctor away. No problems, Frank. I do have health issues but they are regularly monitored thus don't worry me at all. The hypertension is long ago, fortunately.

The "new" Voigtländer 25mm f/4 Skopar SC on my Z50 delivers very crisp footage with vividly rendered colours and very low geometric distortion. EVF focusing a wide lens on the Z cameras, in particular with the lens stopped well down, is doable  but sometimes, when light levels drop, the enlarged view dissolves into colour noise. An OVF (with split-image screen) is still hard to beat for focusing accuracy with these lenses.

25mm f/4 @f/11, 1/50 sec, ISO 3200. Z50. The 25 CV is a precious little gem.
