Well, I just want to be able to make it.  ;)  Besides that, chestnut flour is not easy to obtain here, and if so, price is extremely high and quality is not guaranteed....

I buy the Daevert brand and it is not expensive or Bauckhof ... every organic supermarket chain  has these ... or in the online shops...

Thanks for the link Frank.  It is obvious Germany is more sophisticated with their bio. products. They also deliver in the Netherlands :)

If you make it fresh you have a lot more humidity in the flour so that the probability for bacterial or funghi activity increases significantly compared to industrial dry product

   Fons, even with the strong sky and contrasty deep greens is the fog that makes the image for me. Thanks for sharing it!
