A beautiful Aussie songbird.

Scientific name: Pachycephala pectoralis

Oh what a catch!
The colors, the moment, bokeh is excellent
How much time you spent to have a good take for these birds? This must be very close
Can you explain a bit  your technique?

By the way birds name this time is mixed Greek-Latin

The bird would be delighted if it had internet access. :)

Hi Nasos,

This bird was in thick bush and I heard its song, I was able to follow the bird for quite awhile, it took me some time till I get some OK shots without twigs, leaves or branches too much in the way. It certainly didn't sit still for very long.
