These shots are showing more than can be seen by eye, even with good binoculars.  Thanks...

I have been following your bird portraits with interest. As Pluton said, they offer a intimate connection with then while showing some character .

Getting good shots of small birds is not easy - I am guessing that you are in a hide?

Getting good shots of small birds is not easy - I am guessing that you are in a hide?

No just walking along a path for this one and it flew down and landed on that fence railing.
