I was on my favorite island (Porquerolles) with no wi-fi, but did escape the 42.6° that was in Paris !

Thank you all for your birthday wishes. Yes. I am on an island in the Wattenmeer. Very chilled out scene here. Wind and Water and no bakery obviously ... only these raw breadlings from Kasachstan, bad quality plasicky stuff, but you ca buy good ingredients...

today I will make Chiabatta and bread rolls from 630 grade white flour
