Wind-energy over the centuries...

Instead of the disappointing Z6 (LifePixel) I put the full-spectrum D600 into use today. The lens was the 105/1.4E, which does work for emulated false-colour IR, however has a tendency for developing a diffuse hotspot. That issue didn't crop up here, though.

Big worm?

Interesting image and processing Nasos.

I  bought the 300 vrII because it was a very good deal with the idea to be able to sell it for almost what I paid in case I needed something else.  I´ve wanted a fast lens like this for a long time now I know many people here already know its virtues but I´m new and very impressed. Far, close, tripod or handheld at any aperture, oh my. I can´t wait to put it to service for anything on stage.
Same construction site in front of my window, today started rainy and then very sunny :)

Tom, you captured beautiful light and atmosphere.  Your assumption should be correct.

Thanks Akira for your kind words. When I saw the woods with my eyes, the leaves sparkled like fireflies. As I write you, I now see that my photo misses some of that, but that's what I was going for. Post production is so hard for me!

Thank  you Paco it’s LR preset on IPad very quick and convenient

As for your construction picture I find the machines look like  a toy not real for some reason, only the wooden palette guides me to reality

Birches are breaking buds and exhibiting copious amounts of pollen-loaded catkins.  Not a good time to be outdoors for a hyperallergic Birna. Just sneaking out for a quick shot, then driving rapidly home to the inhaler device.

300mm f/4.5 Nikkor ED (non-IF), D600 full-spectrum. The spring colours are pastel-like.
