The building owners' claim to a free copyright licence is based on their terms and conditions of entry.

So if you do not enter the premises they have no rights.

The clarification of the terms which they made simply makes it clear that they do not claim ownership of photos.  But they still claim a perpetual free copyright licence to use the photos.

Aguinaldo, excellent photography, many thanks for sharing.   Years ago I watched the Ark being build in London since I owned a small building not to far away.   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ark,_London
Now London has so many notable works of Architecture (as in the Gherkin )
