great if the city has someone to preserve open space, esp public access open space. We would need some powerful defenders and reoccupants of public open space here in Germany. Most promising would be if the city signs permits for garden towers housing cars and therefore withdraws all permits to park private cars in public space. Citizens could get back a lot of public space for green and meetup and play...
