some houses are intentionally left to rot ... why? possibly speculation, sometimes the owners are too poor to mend them, sometimes they are part of a long legal fight between heirs. My feel is that a limit should be set to what is allowed to do to a public ressource ...

Thanks for commenting on the log cabin Frank and Francis and Robert. It is definitely not intended as art - on a private lot in the woods where others are not likely to go. - I just happened to get to it because I made a shortcut. Design is really interesting - I have not seen anything like it around here.
