A drama it is with this bridge. They could have done the work in 4 months: prefabricate the parts in a factory, tear the bridge down, assemble the parts. They opted for the 3 year option. Now we will probably see a 5 year half defunct bridge. For long periods nothing happened at all. No company wanted to place an offer for tearing down the bridge heads.... currently they have poured the concrete piers and one of two new bridge heads.
