The hospital food was bad so I did not eat it. I lost eight kilos at first, gained some back and am now at minus 2 from the starting point which ist minus 12 compared to last year when I had still 10 kilos of cortisone water in my system.

Plus I changed weight distribution: less tummy fat more shoulder muscles. Gardening helps with that
