A picture of yesterday night of the Milky Way. Some light pollution from the city (Geneva) despite I'm 13 kms further. My new D850 coupled on my old Nikkor-UD 20mm f/3.5 I bought new in 1971 ..

Looks amazing. The potential of this first 20mm Nikkor seems to be unleashed by the latest D850!

Nice image !
Where I live summer is cloudy and rainy every day, my time to shoot the milky way is before or after December/January
And I try to find locations further away than 100km from large cities, it is an extra effort but worth the results

Good looking image. That 20mm lens seems to play nice with the D850. Especially at only 13 seconds.

. Yes, the UD 20mm is definitely in for a second career. I did some noice suppression with Dfine2. These are my first "star" pictures; still a lot to learn.

I like the light pollution, adds a touch. Well done.

Very slightly, to remove an unwanted object (tree) to the left; the right corners are unaffected: 5233 x 7850 px (5502 x 8256). But the uncropped image has no sharpness issues neither.
