« on: July 17, 2015, 20:49:43 »
I built an action to do this in a couple of easy steps
Unfortunately I built the action for only 700 px so only websize.
you can see the before and after of this road stall.
a bit gimmicky

I like the rock in the steaming waves.

thanks guys -

Bez - It might be this one - or a similar one - I have 2 and not sure which one I used
The only trick is to get the two short sides to look similar or blend together - clouds are easy

Good stuff Elsa. I've never done planets, I imagine finding the right image and having them come out as well as these is difficult. The rock/seashore image is real exceptional.

gary - easy. you open a stack of images - run the action and see what works :)

okey that is if you are lazy.  I have never shot with the "right" image in mind - and I dont know how practical that would be.

I just messed around (lazy) with old images when I did these.

action is available if anyone wants to play
