Equus

We were in a lovely part of Scotland at the weekend - Glenisla (pron. "Glen-ayla"). The weather was not kind but I managed a few shots of some sleepy early-morning ponies. Only the little colt was alert.

The portraits of the ponies are nice, but I really like the last yellow meadow shot.  The mild curvature of the distant hill gives a special atmosphere to the image.

Man and horse - long long relationship there.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. I love horses but don't often get a chance to photograph them, so this was very enjoyable.

David!

I like your last one. Symbolizes freedom to me. But the first one is a good runner up, more personal.
