I did a portrait session at a friend's birthday yesterday. This time I am one of the models & Dirk did take a very nice portrait of me!

Looking good, Frank!

Thank you all. I feel good. I am off medication, no immune supressors anymore. Just Microbiome Diet plus Frankincense and Myrrh, some Vitamins and Minerals. The center is the balance in the bodily fluids caused by deacidification with herbal teas, vegetable, meat, fish all freshly prepared diet, reduction of allergens like cow milk protein and wheat protein and gluten. I try to sleep well and enough and get one hour of walking and running outdoors built into my day. That all helps to push my book and my house forward at a steady pace, still do my camera work and care for my family. I am a happy man in many respects. Most important: I do what I feel makes sense to me, is important to me and I feel what others think or say or do is not important as long as I live in congruence with my inner form.

That possibly does not make much sense to you, does it?

Great pictures this morning, but no camera on me, needed some sport in the pouring snow & rain.

All the sculptures on the University campus were dark / wet & sprankled with snow flakes. COOOL!

Here is another one of my portrait session, a young genious, highly decorated full professor of economics, singer, songwriter, guitarist:
