a try with my muscle man neighbour for some artistic bodybuilding shots.

maybe this would be better posted in the critique section, but I would be grateful for any suggestions/ideas/improvements on editing this series

Nice study in light and forms.

I like #2 best.

As a suggestion i would propose a different short in photo #1. No seam and if there is a seam make sure it is "in the middle". I would also use a different colour, so that it stands out less.

#1 the shorts are quite distracting, I would turn it and crop it, his back looks really good, his head gets lost into the black , a second light with flags or grid will define the contour of his head

#2 best exposure of the 4 images

#3 I think 2 lateral lights with a grid would work best

#4 very misterious, well done, again  I would have used 2 lights

thanks Armando, I will have another go this coming year as he is planning to get bigger and stronger through even more training
