In the first image, the jet is easily recognizable (C-130?), and the black dot to the left of Mt. Fuji is not a dust on the sensor but...

Thank you, Mike!  I shot the first one from the pedestrian bridge over the "Kan-pachi" and the second one from the side of the sidewalk of the Kan-pachi.  So, your guess is quite correct.

FWIW, this is shot on Dec. 25, 2013 using D610@ISO100 and Ai 400/5.6 ED IF@f11 on a Gitzo Series 3 tripod.

The Panasonic images were shot at ISO400 and the lens was stopped down to f8.0.  Both were shot handheld.

Examined at 100, the D610 image is obviously more detailed and noise-free shot at the base ISO.  Also, the image looks more atmospheric, which I like.

The Panasonic images are inevitably noisier at ISO400 (and due to the smaller format), but the details hold up fairly well and CA is much better controlled.

Also, the GH5 image was perfectly dust-free, whereas I had to remove a couple of dust spots from the D610 image.

Fons, I use Rayqual one, made in Japan.  They make the adapters with or without the aperture control.  Mine doesn't have the aperture control.  With the properly adjusted Nikkor, the infinity focus is spot on.
