D800, 35-105 AF-D, SB-910 Flash (front curtain slow sync)
ISO 200, 1/4 sec, f/8, handheld (due to sheer laziness)

Merry Christmas! I had to try this a fair number of times to get it sort of how I wanted it. Apparently the lights pulse at 60 Hz...

CORRECTION: the EXIF data said 65mm, but I am not sure when the camera samples that during the exposure. I did realize though that I started at the wide end and zoomed in tighter from there, not the other way as I originally posted.
