I make a condiment out of these peppers,

'chopped onions garlic ginger peppers ( without the seeds?) sauteed till tender add salt shoyu, mirin and ume su, when cooled fill small jars and refrigerate, this should keep awhile'.

I did a lot of experimentation. Slow shutter down to a 40th, fast shutter up to 400th. I went on stage for very near shots and far back to capture the whole band...
