On Tokina 17mm PRO/D810 combo.

For someone who is on budget or simply doesn't want to spend more and carry heavy zoom all day long, this one could be  a solution, I can't see why not. As usual, it is my personal look. Thank you! That Tokina was one of my favorite lenses back in the film days, where I used it with my Nikon FM and FM2.

When I switched to digital, it was with a D200 and the 14-24, so I never really saw the need to rebuy the Tokina lens. Maybe I should however. These photographs are highly inspirational and show the need for a 17mm lens in every photographers bag (I get by with Nikons 16mm f3,5 Fisheye these days. Sold the 14-24 a long time ago)
