Great job everyone. It is always a pleasure to come back here.
Today I finally got to put a mount on the 50mm 0.75 I got some time ago. Didn´t have time until today. a step ring has been cut with a dremmel ans then fixed in place with glue. Not sure if it will hold. So far so good.

Paco: that is the way to use it. I give you another one with the neo noct from last Saturday at f/1.4. I took hundreds of shots at the horses today but no power left to edit them, not even firing up the computer to do a backup.

Not all models subject to being photographed look that good :D or maybe again this is in the eye of the beholder?

My "model shoot" is currently slightly different ...  Taken a few minutes ago. This summer and autumn must rank amongst the busiest ones in my career.

What do you shoot? Plants? Insects? minerals?

Thank you, Fons. I know the 1.4/58G is one of the most often used glasses in your collection

Thank you Fons, happy you like it.

Frank, that is very good, @ 1.4? ummm, I don´t think my copy is that sharp off center fully open. Will check again. It does wonders with delicate objects and at night.

Floating bridge. Almost if not completely sooc.

My entry for 11 September 2017

I was at the horses again, with my daughter and my sister, holding an apple for the horse in the saddle chamber, while she is listening to one of the girls that seem to be commonplace wherever there are horses, you meet girls. They seem to all share a fascination for these animals.

Horses: A new world for me and a world of its own...
