Nguni's and Honkey
« on: July 03, 2015, 22:14:03 »
The Nguni's are indigenous to South Africa. Hardy, and as a result they dont succumb to various diseases like other's do.
Docile temperaments - I walked among them and as calm as a bunch of  men in an old aged home
Their hides are sought after too.

And then there was Honkey the Donkey.

That was a long time ago when Slovenia was not an independent country but belonged to the Habsburg Monarchy  ;)
We didn't come across any though, not that we were particularly looking for them...

Jan Anne (lunatic - need for speed) was attracted to the Alps and driving his BMW on the narrow roads chasing Porches.
Erik (lunatic - survival instinct) had his mountain hike in 30ºC, whilst Bjørn and I (subtle creatures - feel free to add whatever comes to mind), well, we are flower boys :D

Speaking of which, I am not sure if I have posted some flowers of mine taken with the 180/2.8 AIS that Bjørn kindly let me use in the Slovenian thread...
Must go check!

You can have the Donkeys and ill have the Nguni hide, they really are nice cattle especially when they are young.

LOL! (@ Honkey) ... I keep going back ... yep LOL!

The first shot has a nice feel, I'd dodge the face of the mother just a smidgen.
