August, to me, is the month of the car shows. There have been some good car shows close to where I grew up for as long as I can remember, even though the organisation and location changed around a bit. The one constant has always been August.

As much as I would like to post more then one image, the limitation set by this thread had me pick one image that conveys the whole experience best

We took a bus ride on Sunday. A friend of ours was introduced to his new job. He is now chief to 21 churches, a huge responsibility for a young man. He is very integer, intelligent, modest, hardworking and has a strong connection to God. If one can make it, it is him.
