Evening sun over the port and canal - hopefully some nicer weather coming : The around - and below 20 degrees of Temperature we had in July and August is well under average....

Fireworks: Thanks Fons and John. If any readers (both of you?) have not tried photography from a 172 then find your local flying club and go do it.

First time, I think, I ever got my 200-500 plus 1.7x actually in focus and it was the first shot of the partial eclipse in these parts.

Nice little star party for one star in the front yard of the neighbourhood Museum, too
