some horses (1)

took a few days off. No computer. No internet. No smartphone. Just me and my daughter and a lot of horses...

What is the purpose of the title ? And BTW, why picture #3 ?

Nice collection
  4th on set 3 is more emotional. Fitting the title as it looks like is trying to go through the bars.
  3rd in set 1 is unexpected. Surprise expression in the background makes the shot in a completely different manner than the rest, other than having a part of a horse.
   Great portraits. 1st in set 5 stand out. You select it well for stand alone in the other post.
   
    This are my picks to resume the different emotions and responses I had going through the images.

  Oh, and "Obelix" excellent name for a horse. I had it as a motorbike plate in Las Vegas  8)

You've captured their expressions very well. I like the first two in set 6.

That's a lot of horses! I like sets 4 to 6 more than 1 to 3.

First set is a nice set (1 - 3) of Horse heads.

I also like the second set better (4 - 6).
