If you want to reply to an existing thread hit the reply button, add your text to the window, then go below and click on Attachments and other options. That will bring up your hard drive to allow you to chose an image to post. After the choice(s), hit Post, and Bob's your uncle!
To start a thread hit Home, go to the section that you want to post in and click on it, and hit New Topic. then follow the same directions seen above for replying.
