Grahame, very nice.  Love the tones and PP.   Looks like a Spotted Dove. DOF works for me .

Agree with the the others ;particularly Frank's observation of a drawing style as well has being well framed and having very nice tones.

As far as attitude, it looks annoyed that you appear to be taking its photo without its prior permission
