If I read your technical detail correctly you are using an 830nm filter and a Nikon 800E.  From your exposure details I am guessing that the camera has been modified.  Correct?  If so, did you encounter any issues with IR components as used for AF by the camera itself?  Some Nikon DSLRs had such issues - IIRC some of the D7*** DX cameras.

Yes.. the camera was modified internally. The UV/IR cut filter was removed and replaced with an RG830 long pass directly on the sensor. I do not understand the rest of your question?
