Side benefit of attending and photographing so many airshows per year and getting to know the organizers and officials is the almost unfettered access in and around the show areas including the hop ramps and taxiways. Taken last year at the Paris Texas airshow with a Nikon D810 and Nikon 24-120mm f/4 lens (120mm ƒ/9 1/250s ISO 100). One my first times using the D810 and I fell in love with it. This was a rental, maybe one day the budget will allow purchasing a body like this one.
