Hi Faris,

Don't want to be blunt but this images is not in the same league as your other images, it looks like a hasty snapshot (too tightly) cropped square to get rid of some unwanted elements.

I would've used a smaller aperture and b&W to let the viewer focus on the impressive grill and let him figure out the rest based on the OOF background.

Right on all counts. B&W...that is more subjective on this one.

B&W...that is more subjective on this one.
Yes and no :)

The Merc has very little color in it but the background is a very distracting bright green, plus car is from a b&w era.

What's the era of something got to with it? Photographs of my grandkids are mostly in B&W. They are of this era.

The grass is green, the sky is generally considered blue but many do B&W with these.

But I do understand your point re: this image.
