Women's March For Unity - Fort Worth, Texas - January 21, 2017

The day after the inauguration of Donald Trump, dozens of protest marches were held across the United States.  There were also numerous unity marches and rallies around the world.

The organizers of this event were hoping for a crowd of a couple of thousand people.  By the end of the march, the crowd was estimated at about 10,000.

Both qualities of images and selection together make this series special.  Thanks for sharing, Rick!

Excellent job Rick. I like your way of juxtaposition -I´m quite sure that´s the word I´m looking for- You presented many sides and emotions.

Stunning work as usual ...the images seem to have a little extra tonal smoothness which looks nice.

Thank you for sharing here!

Excellent documentary series, Rick.  With #5 and #7 as my favourites (the expression of the faces).

You should have kept this thread closed. The pictures have modest documentary or pictural quality, anyway, and by next week, everybody would have forgotten about this.  By attempting to sanitize everything, you are making it only worse.
