I revisited a well-known site for me. About 150m from my apartment. I had some fireworks and decided to record it :)

Nice atmospheric capture Jakov!  I hope the green light back in the fog and not the red one in the foreground will dominate the year...

So Happy New Year to all of you!
As we are among last ones to enter the new year here in Alaska, I hope it is OK to contribute to the thread  with some classic fireworks images. The university has its 100 year anniversary, which had to be celebrated with some captures from a different vantage point than I use to in order to include the satellite dish at the International Arctic Research Center. (The 300mm PF came handy for this.)

Your images are spectacular as I am a great fan of fireworks and your images!
I should have made a theme out of this tread and welcome others to post their New Year images in the first place.

Thank you all for the best wishes, and I agree the red traffic light should not be the sign of 2017 :)
