A lot of memorable images there. However, the geographic dispersion [of photographers] could have been larger.

I am surprised - an international team of Curators doesn't know Charles Ebbets?

I think we all can agree the various fields of photography are very unevenly covered. Some of the 'news' photos simply don't belong in this collection were it intended for a global audience. But perhaps it wasn't.

That being stated, there are quite a number of high-impact photos in the collection.

Great link thanks for sharing it

I enjoyed seeing the images and reading or watching the videos of incredible accomplishments, other just for fun and many related to tragedies, quite liked the high speed photo history , rereading the story of Atomic Dali, earth rising over the moon, the Hubble telescope photos

                 Earth rising over the moon, is an image I have seen on various occasions in different settings. It definitely has the power to 
                 create positive energy.
                 It does not seem to be right that our beautiful blue planet is the stage for all the atrocities, that are on display in this collection.
