Raw editing contest #25
« on: November 29, 2016, 23:02:34 »
Here; a taste of what I do this time of year - the annual dance show in town. 14 shows over 2 weekends.
Process at will...normal, crazy, whatever.
File from a D750, ISO 3200, shot with a TAMRON SP 70-200mm F2.8 Di VC at 125mm.

Thank you Sten for the image.

It seems that members are interested in Masking which I take it is for Compositing.

I did not put any shadows for the feet as I want to keep the magic/suspended look and feel of the picture.
I also avoided transparent clouds on the feet/legs which will again change the pic atmos. I just put a wee little for balance.

Here you go......

Holy hat Ethan... you only set the bar high here... nice challenge for deep etching!

Yes, excellent cutout and very good white balance too!

Nice action pic   -tried to focus on the skin colours.       Those red lights are not helping  ;)

A bit similar to Armando, I notice now.....

Another removal of colour, preserving all the high energy expressions.
