Images like these always make me wonder about the settings creating the scene in the first place. My curiosity is intrigued.

I want to see more ...

Thanks for the comments.

I happened to find myself in Santa Fe for a couple of days, which was totally unexpected.  I wandered around The Plaza for a while and then found this basement bar on a side street.  I went  in, it was still early, and this was the scene I found.  The joint was extremely dark and I was lucky to get the shots that I did.  Great place, though.  A little rowdy and a little raunchy, but that is okay.  Just the kind of place I like.... 8)

Thanks for all the comments.

Ron, the bar is just a block from The Plaza.  It is a true basement bar, so it is a little hard to spot, but there is a small sign outside that simply reads "Matador".  The last photo shows the entrance with the stairway that leads down to the bar.  I cannot remember the name of the street it is on.

Very interesting place Rick. But "a little raunchy"? I'd quite a bit.

One block from the plaza is easy enough, staggering distance as they say.
