a side comment : as an ex-musician, do you have access to places where the musicians are playing ? that is a subject matter that is challenging to photograph, a bit frustrating as they are not still like a landscape, light is usually difficult, but the results can be quit rewarding

No...I came up here to Maine from NYC where I made a living plying, recording and teaching drums. I decided to totally cut music out of my life as it was too frustrating after devoting my entire life to music. So now I do mainly landscape photography to satisfy my creative juices. At least until my health issues prevent me from doing that as well.

I like the shot.  This is Maine, but looking north and/or west?

I thought Bug Light referred to the orange color, in allusion to the yellow-tinted incandescent lightbulbs once sold as 'bug lites'.
