Arend, the church below belongs to the monastery of Maria Rickenbach. Holy Wendelin was a monk 587 AD.

As someone who has just bought the FX 23mm f1.4 lens, your photo justified my purchase and is just a joy and as Anthony says well worth the trek up the hill!
