On the road, out of town. Cloud cover like this forces you to be out.
I had the opportunity to go for a long drive with a friend - so I didnt even think twice cancelling appointments.
Just the next day - the whole scene changed.
(ye I know its not the same place - I am talking about the clouds)

Sounds like where you live in SA is similar to where I live in Southern California: the most common sky condition is clear, cloudless, and with a bright hot sun.  When clouds finally appear, it is a reason to photograph.

Actually we get LOTS of cloud here - and winter is the rainy season - and it can be cloudy for days on end. But we also have some awesome blue sky days.
The wispy clouds are of course my favorites
