Lovely especially #2, and #3 sugarbird on a Protea, the lights are very hard on #1, but that of course is a natural condition.

Thank you Fons - you are correct - light was hard on the birds too - middle of the day situation unfortunately.

The pincushion proteas were absolutely magnificent

Beautiful variety!  I like the red flare (big bokeh of the flower) on the left of the last image.

Thanks, Elsa, for the additional beauty.  Your 500mm lens seems to be well worth lugging around.  :D
