Excellent shot Ron !

The alley by itself is wonderful, makes the intense sun light mixed with shadows manageable, capturing the guy walking in a silhouette  makes it more interesting to look at, and the B&W conversion is quite nice as well , if this was mine I'll crop a bit from the top

Nice shot Ron! Like the BW conversion and the interaction between light/shadow and subject/environment :)
