Any noise removal PP?

i don't do noise removal...it is always turned off... if i do anything it is on the backgrounds using a mask.. but i don't think any of the ones posted required this.. maybe..i have to go back and check.. but i did this with the one below - blur on background.. notice branch relative to others.
