Excellent pairing of the images and the title.  I like the entire set, and I particularly like #2 and 3.

These are very difficult to capture. I feel what we can see in subtle differences with our eyes is sometimes lost when we try to capture it in camera. That is especially true for the blue and purple tones.

I think that you've captured the blue very well in this series with such an appropriate title.  I too especially like #'s 2 and 3.

Thanks to everyone who has posted, for your kind and helpful comments.

Frank - I completely agree - it is quite difficult to capture the precise colour of these flowers - blue with a hint of magenta? But I thought I had done reasonably well  ??? except perhaps for #2 which is too blue.

What a difference a few days makes! Nice captures, Dave - you have got the colours right here.

I like the colours and subtlety of #4 - nothing to distract from the single stem.
