Ai-S 1.4/35mm @1.4 strikes again. The people receive an Aura through that lens, even this young girl I am tempted to cast for a beauty shooting:

Lars, these looks great, especially the images with the vine (?), the twisted trunk and the trunk with the incused patterns of leaves.

Could you identify the wood in the first image?  Would they be beech trees?

Thanks Akira! - in English I think they are called Honeysuckles, those that twines around the trees - latin hints: Lonicera, Caprifoliaceae. I'm pretty sure it's a larva/beetle that creates those leaf patterns in the wood - very nice work  :)

Yes, it is Beech in the first image.

Disjunct II
Eddie, that's a terrific shot. Love the composition. Man-made vs nature.

Thanks John. I really like the bicycle park station shots in post#1084, mostly because the way you have framed, the patterns created in the final result. Nice!
Thanks Anirban.

Anirban: #1095: Love these color-pattern-shots ... try to stick with the topic make it a collection over the years. Very special!

John: #1084: The secure gate by the bike station is very cool. The precision draw and the 3D look and the color composition. Thank you!

Thanks, Lars, for the details.  Indeed the larva is quite an artist!
