Believe it or not I didn't use the Df of the Heligon or the Zenit.
I missed my trustworthy D300 and I mounted a 40/2.8DX micro :)

Yes the colors can be captured with old cameras too. I am so glad to use my D300 as a sign that I don't need the D500  ::)
The tulips were bought this morning in my supermarket so I guess that they are blooming.
Being a flower lover I am enjoying spring very much!

Brilliant Jakov, there's the colors of course but also the contrast of the roundness with the lines, the background - foreground ...

you have created an absolutely wonderful effect with this combination. Hard to describe. It like a child's ultimate fantasy place. It's like the chocolate factory where the chocolates and rewards are wondrous colour combinations. The images really do momentarily transport you to a place and time we remember fondly as children but can't quite place it.

A new tulip and a new flag but the same gear used. D300 + 40/2.8DX micro.
Perhaps the previous flag was too difficult to determine. This one should be easy :)

Bjørn, you know I have a thing for flags and you do know that I can hardly wait to get a Scottish one :)
