The overall image look and feel makes you want to linger more......in spite of the people looking away and her hair loosing res.

I like the movement in the pic and her facial expression.

A tinted red head with a tattoo and red shoes.......what is there not to like  8)

The red  'hair' blows it for me.   Looks like those plastic wigs that were trendy for a few months years back.  Natural hair flying and a look exchanged between the two or looking at you would have been better for me.  I do like the touch of motion blur  :) .  The two old folk seem unimpressed  ;) .

Ron, the hair might suit her but the camera, as shot, did not particularly like it  ;) .  No definition and detracts from the image for me.  I do have a fondness for redheads  :)

There is nothing wrong with your shutter speed as this was shot at 1/160s which is plenty.

Me think it is the hair blown out by the sun reflection and/or your processing.
I would try to process in C1P instead of CR.

Next time use a flash......those Argentinian beauties are very fast movers and love to argue for no particular reason 8)

Yeah, a very well marked improvement.

Maybe you process separately her hair in ACR and the rest of the picture in ACR and mask both for the correct exposure. Which is the best processing route.

Or send me the RAW for processing in the super duper C1P version 9.03.

It is all in the processing  8)
