Nice suggestion of film noir, although the gun's silhouette seems very modern.

The pattern did actually come from a scratchy Ikea table top glass, lighted from top by an Ikea table lamp :)

The gun was not even a fake one. I cut it from a paper sheet and keep it a quarter inch above the table to create the 3D illusion.

This is an unbelievably precise juxtaposition of the dawn sky, clouds and the trees.  Fantastic capture!

Many thanks Akira! I agree - the timing was really in my favour. In several ways actually. I was on an stroll in the dusk - last two strolls I had first forgotten the camera and second time forgotten to load the memory card...  :o

This thread needs some TLC. I don't have a great image, just one from the archives when i was practising flash lighting.
