Lofoten is a perfect cloudscape-gathering location :)

Near midnight sun colours cloud banks (slightly off season, but the photo *is* taken at midnight. Andrea couldn't believe how bright everything was even at that time of day (or night)).

Df with 400/5.6 AIS.

Amazing image that looks like the volcano explosion!

Reminds me of some Rene Magritte.  Nice!

Akira, I think this is part of a view that appears in many of your posted photos. Yet it's seen differently each time.  Another fine photo, it conveys the atmosphere so well.  Cheers,  John

John, you are absolutely right!  Many of the images posted here were shot from the same vantage point which is the 6th floor of the emergency stairs of my apartment.  As you point out, the nature never ceases to offer fresh views.  Thank you for the comment!

Morning clouds, from my windows

Same as Akira above, almost every day there is a new photographic facet of nature's kaleidoscope...or multiple facets depending on luck and available time to look out the window...

I love clouds, they are everchanging subjects, when you look at one it looks like solid marble, you blink your eyes and the marble has another shape -and color-
